We are excited to invite swimmers and their families to our Nanaimo Riptides Season End Get-Together!
Location: Rathtrevor Beach - Group Site #S2 - Picnic Shelter (use the day use area parking lot)
Date: Sunday, June 14
Time: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
This will be a fun and informal get-together for families to relax, socialize, and celebrate the end of a great swim season together with the Riptides community. We hope everyone can come out to enjoy an afternoon at the beach with teammates, coaches, and families!
Families are encouraged to bring:
- Lawn chairs and/or beach blankets
- Picnic supplies and weather-appropriate attire
- Your favorite lawn game to share
Some snacks will be provided, and we will also have random draws for swim prizes throughout the afternoon.
To help us plan appropriately for snacks and activities, families must sign up in advance and indicate how many family members will be attending. Due to the limited space at the Group Picnic Shelter we will need to cap the amount of attendees to 100. Sign up asap to secure your spot!
