Here is a fantastic opportunity to attend a two hour "turns and underwater" camp right here in Nanaimo with Canadian Olympic bronze medallist Hilary Caldwell! The camp will specifically target turns and underwaters - skills that young swimmers often underestimate. Hilary will tell you she underwater kicked her way onto an Olympic podium! During the camp, time will be spent in the pool and there will also be a portion where Hilary shares her journey as a swimmer with camp participants.
The camp times are Friday October 12, 2018:
