Safe Sport Statement: All interactions between an athlete and an individual who is in a position of trust should normally, and wherever possible, be in an environment or space that is both “open” and “observable” to others.
Location: Frank Jameson Community Centre
Warmup: 8:00 am – 8:35 am
Racing: 8:45 am – 12:30 pm
2 blocked warmup sessions will take place
Pool: 4 lane, 25 metre

Eligibility: All swimmers registered with LCSC,DST,NRST,RAC. Age groups are based on the age of the swimmers as of December 3, 2022.
Entries: Meet entries must be emailed prior to the entry deadline to the meet manager. “NT” (No time) entries will be accepted. If possible create custom times to help with competitive heats and better time lines.
Maximum number of swimmers is set at 100.
Swimmers are to be entered in a maximum of 3 events and time permitting a relay.
Entry Deadline: Meet entries must be emailed to MM no later than November 30 9pm.
Entry Fees: $30.00 per swimmer.
Entry fees must be paid prior to the start of the meet. Please make cheques payable
to the Comox Valley Aquatic Club. Etransfer will be accepted to payments@LCSC.com
Deck Entries: Deck entries will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis to fill
empty lanes. No new heats will be added. Entries must be accompanied by the
swimmer’s SNC ID# and birth date. Deck entries must be received by the Clerk of Course 30
minutes before the start of the meet.

Meet Rules: Infractions will be judged and coaches will be notified if seen by officials but will not be penalized so that times can be collected. Trying to make a positive learning experience for swimmers and volunteer officials.
All events are swam mixed gender, slowest to fastest, timed finals.
