Senior Provincial Group
The Senior Provincial group is for athletes who have made swimming their primary sport and are committed to developing the skills, work ethic, and mindset needed for high performance. These swimmers take an active role in their training and competition planning in collaboration with the Head Coach, and are expected to take responsibility for their preparation and performance. Senior Provincial athletes are expected to train and compete with pride, loyalty, commitment, and discipline, representing NRST with excellence at all required provincial meets, training camps, and dryland sessions.

Age: 14 years or older

Demonstrated responsibility and accountability in meeting training requirements

Positive, professional attitude and contribution to team culture

Meet Swim BC Divisional Time Standard

Attend 8 workouts per week (60–120 minutes each)

Attendance: Minimum 80% in the previous group; maintain 90% in this group

Compete in an average of one swim meet per month
